Guidelines for Freelance Reviewers and Writers

• We are interested in original book reviews, essays, exposes, and interviews written from a progressive point of view about books, politics, culture, etc. They can be hard-hitting or humorous, as long as they are well written and insightful. We want high-quality writing. No beginners! Word length should be 500-2,000 words. Query first with idea. Byline only. No payment-- unless it is something spectacular!



• We are also interested in original editorial cartoons or jokes written from a progressive viewpoint. Byline only. No payment.



• The Online Review reserves the right to edit all material sent to it.
